  About the Author

Kathy D was born in 1965 at St. Anne's Hospital in Los Angeles and grew up in Orange County, California. Her arrest in 2003 for felony marijuana cultivation was the beginning of the end of twenty years in active addiction. First reluctant, she chose sobriety, and eventually embraced a program of addiction recovery. Now she carries the message of recovery and helps others to find freedom in sobriety.
